Cindy Raney & Team Marketing Internship + Testimonials

Testimonials

“3 bedrooms, 2 baths” doesn’t exactly tell the whole story.

During my internship with Cindy Raney & Team, I supported open houses, community events, and social media marketing while getting hands-on experience with both the creative and relationship-building sides of marketing.

I coordinated outreach with local businesses for themed open house events, helping bring creative event ideas to life while building relationships with vendors. At open houses, I welcomed prospective buyers, managed guest registration, and collected lead information to support follow-up and client relationship management.

I also captured photo and video content of properties, events, and local experiences to create engaging material for social media that consistently told the story of each home.

“Raegan was an incredible asset to Cindy Raney & Team throughout her summer internship. She dedicated many of her summer weekends to supporting our team and quickly became someone we could rely on at our open houses and events. Whether she was coordinating with vendors, helping with setup, welcoming buyers or simply making sure everything ran smoothly, Raegan was always one step ahead and willing to help wherever she was needed.

What impressed me most about Raegan was how intuitive and dependable she was. She required very little direction, quickly understood what needed to be done and consistently delivered thoughtful, timely work. She was never afraid to share an idea or thoughtful feedback and approached every task with an incredibly positive attitude. Raegan is smart, kind, hardworking and someone you can genuinely count on. We were very lucky to have her as part of our team this summer, and I know she’ll bring that same energy and initiative wherever she goes next.”
